DELIVERY POLICY

Kourbela’s Online Shop makes every effort to pick, pack and deliver all orders on the same day. Orders made until 3:00pm (GMT+2) are shipped on the same day. All orders received after 3:00pm (GMT+2) will be shipped the day after.

Orders that take place on Friday after 3:00pm, Saturday and Sunday are delivered on Monday. Saturdays, Sundays and official Greek holidays are excluded from business days.

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with tracking information.

For the delivery of your purchases we collaborate with recognized courier companies:

Deliveries throughout Greece are made by ACS Courier and the estimated delivery time within Greece is 1-3 business days. Estimated time of delivery is indicative and may vary on islands and remote postcode areas.

International shipments are made by UPS Courier and delivered in 1-7 business days. Estimated delivery time may vary by country:

• Europe – Standard Delivery* – 2-7 business days
• Europe – Express Delivery – 1-3 business days
• USA – Express Delivery – 1-3 business days
• Rest of World – Express Delivery – 1-6 business days

*Standard delivery is available only for shipments to: Albania, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UK, Vatican City State.

Deliveries cannot be made in PO boxes.

Kourbela’s Online Shop is not responsible for delays in deliveries caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or other circumstances beyond its control.

You may collect your order at KOURBELA FLAGSHIP STORE or KOURBELA HQ within 1-2 business days selecting the location preferred at checkout.

Greece
We ship to Greece via ACS Courier (delivery in 1-3 business days).
For purchases over 60€ shipping cost is free. For purchases under 60€ the shipping cost is 3€ for express delivery (1-3 business days). There is an additional 2,5€ charge if you choose the ”cash on delivery” payment method.

Worldwide
We ship worldwide with UPS Courier (delivery 1-7 business days).

EUROPE
The cost for standard delivery is 10€. The cost for express delivery is 15€. For purchases over 100€ we offer free standard delivery.

For countries that standard delivery is not available the shipping cost for express delivery is 15€. For purchases over 100€ we offer free express delivery.

USA
The cost for express delivery is 15€. For purchases over 100€ we offer free express delivery.

REST OF WORLD
The cost for express delivery is 15€. For purchases over 150€ we offer free express delivery.

Non-European Union customers may incur extra charges ensuing from the differences in currency, customs clearance expenses, import duties, product restrictions, and other local regulations for which our company cannot be held liable.
